We strongly recommend that all people traveling have Travel Insurance which will cover them in the event of having to cancel their trip on late notice. Name change requests are €100 outside of 8 weeks and €300 per person within 8 weeks of departure.

Getting to the track – 
We will be offering a race transfer from the hotel for Saturday and Sunday at a cost of €40 per day per person. We recommend adding this at time of booking to ensure you do not miss out. We do not offer transfers for Friday racing.

Getting to the track – Train
Alternatively you can take the train located 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

• Depart to Leuven Station to Verviers, and get the shuttle bus from here to the track (roughly 30mins) and cost €10-15 return
• Shuttle bus 395 from here to Spa, they run regularly on race weekend journey takes around 50 mins and cost €10-20 return journey
• Jounery will cost around €30-35 per day
